your service requirements i.e. Door to Door, Door to Airport, Airport to Door or
Counter to Counter.
All charges are based on the weight of the shipment in Kgs and may be calculated
either on the “Gross weight” or “Volume (dimensional) weight” (whichever is higher).

TRANSIT TIME:
SD – Same Day Delivery e.g. shipment picked on 1st February will be delivered on
same day i.e. 1st February
1 – Next working day e.g. shipment picked on 1st February will be delivered on 2nd
February
2 – One working day e.g. shipment picked on 1st February will be delivered on 3rd
February
Transit time may vary depending on the time of pick-up, pick-up and delivery location,
