Prohibited and Banned Items

The following items are prohibited on Kingfisher Xpress:

	Currency		Drugs and Narcotics (Illegal)
	Indian Postal Articles		Firearms, parts thereof and ammunition
	Liquids & Semi-liquids		Precious & Semi-Precious Items
	Philately Items		Radioactive Material
	Pornography		Commodities banned by Law at any given time without prior notice
	Bullion		All IATA Restricted Items and Dangerous goods

Restricted Items

The following items are restricted on Kingfisher Xpress:

	Electronic and Electrical Products and Spare Parts with battery source
	Single package acceptance:
		For Airbus 319/320/321 – 175 Kgs (With Pallet) & 120 Kgs (Without Pallet)
		For ATR 72 /42-500 – Not More than 50 Kgs
	Oversized packages, maximum dimensions accepted is (in cms) 120"x36"x36" (lbh)
	Domestic Priority shipments destined to locations where Octroi or Sales Tax is applicable e.g. Maharashtra, would be subject to Octroi irrespective of value. For other locations please check Domestic Regulatory and the Sales Tax Act for items falling under Sales Tax purview.
	Commodities banned by law at any given time and without prior notice.

Additionally

Any shipment which would be likely to cause damage, delay to equipment, personnel or other shipments.

Any shipment which may require Kingfisher Xpress to obtain a license for its transportation.

Any item whose carriage is prohibited by any law, statute or regulations of the city of origin or destination, or of any city through which the shipment may transit.

Regulatory requirements vary across states and may entail levies such as Octroi and Sales Tax with corresponding paperwork. Any non-conformance to the procedures and/or paperwork will result in delay in delivery of shipments and may lead to penal action by regulatory authorities. Correct paperwork is the sole obligation of the shipper.
