Same Day Delivery Money Back Guarantee

- This service wherein the shipment is picked up and delivered on the same day ( "Same
Day Delivery Service" and/or SDD Service") is open to all customers who have registered
themselves with Kingfisher ("Customers") Pick-up and delivery time displayed for
Same Day Delivery Service is approximate and only applicable within the radius of
30 Kms from the Airport (both Origin and Destination).
- If the Customer stays outside 30 Kms radius of Airports and still wants to avail
of Same Day Delivery Service, the same shall be extended, at an additional handling
fee.
- Same Day Delivery Service is not applicable for locations falling in and outside
Mumbai Octroi Area as may be notified by Kingfisher from time to time.
- Compliance of all relevant statutory regulations related to the shipment movement
is responsibility of Consignor OR Consignee, as the case may be. Any delays arising
out of such non-compliance does not fall under Same Day Delivery Service.
- Pick-up and delivery timings displayed for Same Day Delivery are indicative and
are subject to flight schedules of Kingfisher Airlines Limited (Kingfisher) , which
may change from time to time. You are requested to approach Customer Care on 1800
209 1222 or the nearest Kingfisher office for latest information.
- The Customer may avail Same Day Delivery service between 12am to 6am subject to
payment of 50% additional charge on the applicable tariff. For such shipments at
least 4 hour advance notice to Kingfisher during normal working hours (9am to 6pm)
is mandatory.
- For all time-sensitive shipments, the loss or delay of which may result in consequential
damages, the Customer must take adequate Insurance to insure against such risks.
Kingfisher shall not assume any consequential claims or liabilities in this regard.
- Kingfisher shall neither provide nor arrange for insurance. The sole responsibility
of insuring the shipments shall rest with the Customer.
- Same Day Delivery Service shall not be applicable if any information provided by
the Customer proves to be inaccurate in the Air Xpress Bill (AXB) and if the shipment
is tendered to Kingfisher later than the time agreed with Kingfisher for pick-up.
- Kingfisher reserves the right to refuse shipments without assigning any reason to
the Customer.
- Kingfisher shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to the shipment or delay
in picking up or delivery of the shipment if the loss and/or damage to the shipment
or delay in picking up or delivery of the shipment are caused due to the acts of
God, force majeure occurrence including but not limited to strikes, riots, political
and other disturbances, fire, floods, tsunami, accident of the vehicle or caused
by any factors beyond the control of Kingfisher.
- Kingfisher reserves the right to withdraw the Same Day Delivery Service at its sole
discretion without any prior notice.
